Upper travel is the BEST for luxury travel to Greece. Their thoughtfulness and catering to the luxury clientele is exceptional from the beginning to the end. We wish we can rate them 100 stars for their service. We are world travelers and have experienced countless agencies, but were totally amazed by Upper Travel . Sofia was in charge of our itineraries from the beginning to the end. Her responses to our inquiries were instantaneous despite the time difference . She was always very courteous and professional. Furthermore, once in our trip due to the weather condition, without her help in rearranging the itinerary our trip to Meteora would have not been such a memorable experience. Nikos our expert, dearest driver is a godsend. He was by far the kindest, most professional driver we have met. Throughout the 6 day journey with us, we always feel so protected and looking forward to the next day adventure with him. If you are fortunate to have Nikos, you will undoubtedly have an amazing time. All the tour guides are very professional and the best at what they do. We had a great time with Soliris on our journey to Sounion. We did a two day tour of Athens and Sounion with Upper Travel. I must say, they were so professional from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was efficient, on time and very pleasant to work with. They were willing to adapt to our schedule and made us feel very comfortable with whatever we chose. They guided us to a good schedule and fulfilled everything we asked of them. I highly recommend them and should I ever come back to Athens or Greece I would 100% deal with them again.

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful days with Upper Travels before and after our Silver Seas cruise and I must say our experience with Nikos and the guides was like being royalty. Nikos Myrto, Zefi and others offered more that information, giving us a taste of Greek life that we will long remember.

Our group of four did a private 2-day tour of Delphi and Meteora, and it was honestly one of the best parts of our 10-day trip to Greece. We rode in a brand-new Mercedes black limo van, which was super clean and really comfortable—perfect for the long drives.

Nikos, our driver, was fantastic. He made sure everything went smoothly and took care of every little detail, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. He booked us reservations at some great local Greek restaurants at each stop, and the food was amazing! Plus, we had such a good time chatting with him—he really made the trip special for all of us.

The private guides we had in Delphi and Meteora were both outstanding. They knew so much about the history and were really passionate about it, which made the experience even better.

We couldn’t recommend Upper Travel enough. This was a trip we’ll never forget, and we’ll definitely be booking with them again on our next visit to Greece.

One of the best private tours!! We chose Private Guided Tours | Athens City & Cape Sounion - Full Day Guided Tour. It was a private tour in an immaculate and comfortable limousine. The tour was 8 hours long and it entails by in a flash. I highly recommend this wonderful company. Our group of five had a fantastic trip with Nikos as our guide! We took a day trip from Athens to Mycenae, Napflion and the Corinth Canal and Nikos made it really special by adding a couple of extra stops! The next day, Nikos delivered us to our cruise ship. Because he planned ahead, we had door-to-door service from the hotel to the port. Nikos was a real pleasure to be with, and Upper Travel did an outstanding job with our time in Athens. I highly recommend them!

Let me first begin with stating that I am a critical person by nature. Having said that....all the services provided by Upper Travel were exceeded. We used Upper Travel for 3 separate services during our 2 week trip to Greece. A tour of the Acropolis which included use of a special elevator as one person in our entourage is handicapped. The guide, Nikki, was tremendous....she had a college degree in Greek Classics I believe. Her energy and friendliness was unlimited. We wished she could have stayed with us for the trip as she was so likeable and knowledgeable. We also utilized a "driver only" service for a 3 night excursion to Nafplio, Olympia and Galaxi. The driver was an exceptional driver...we never thought twice about his driving skills and he always assisted with baggage without asking. Nikos was friendly and was keen to provide us with "added" things to do along the "loose" itinerary that we were under. He knew where to go for restaurants and also was able to create a visit to an olive processor on a holiday where the facility was closed....great to have someone that was local, talked the language and "made things happen" for us. Nikos was also adept at making things easier for Jeanne who, at times, needs help with wheel chair; he was always mindful of what was accessible for her. And Nikos was never intrusive....every morning, we just texted him with the time we wanted to leave for the next destination and he was there to whisk us away in a timely manner....on the one day we told him the time we wanted to leave (as we wanted to arrive @ Olympia Ruins "before the crowd) he arrived early. And the last excursion was the Temple of Poseidon....same driver, Nikos....thanks for scheduling same driver as we were already comfortable with him. Nikos took us to a local restaurant that was very good and assisted us with tickets (skipped the line). And I can't say enough about the van we traveled in...extremely comfortable. In closing, when we left Nikki and Nikos we felt as if we were saying goodbye to a long time friend. Thanks for everything.

I normally do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to write about the greatest experience my wife and I had by booking our visit to Athens with Upper Travel. Sophia's itinerary for us was outstanding and well thought out. When she learned of a holiday during our stay she adjusted everything so we could see everything we wanted to visit. Let me start with Nikos, our driver and escort during our 3 days. He was so wonderful and made us feel like family. He was always on time, professional and took us to everything and more than we expected. He was truly the highlight of our trip. We were choked up when we had to say goodbye at the airport. Rania gave us an insight and personal attention to the Acropolis and museum that we would never have had if we took a “standard” tour. Her knowledge and easy going demeanor was so comforting - Again like family. Katerina was like an aunt and appeared to know everyone in town. She held our hands and gave us lessons on certain words to speak like a local. She made us feel like part of the community. And the food! Wow, so much and so good. This was a bucket list trip for us and I am so glad we booked it with Upper Travel. The vehicles and employees are first class, and I highly recommend using them when you visit Athens. We certainly will when we return!

We spent two days in the trusted hands of Nikos (Nickolas) our extremely professional and good natured driver. He was always conscientious of our comfort and safety, allowing us adequate time to see all of the beautiful sites and take pictures which providing a wealth of information on Greece and the countryside. Eva spent Saturday morning touring the Acropolis, museums and special historical sites. She was amazing! So well educated, and passionate about Greek mythology and history. She managed our time perfectly and was always patient with our activity level and questions. It was a perfect 2 days! My brother and I and his fiance recently had the opportunity to work with Upper Travel for our recent trip to Greece. We started as a group of 3 and were joined by four more friends making a group of 7 for a total of 4 days. From the moment I contacted Sofia, I knew I had reached someone who could help plan and personalize our trip. She put together an itinerary based on our time limitations and requests for the things we most wanted to see including a pick up at the airport and travel to our hotel by the wonderful driver that was going to be with us for the duration of our time in Athens and surrounding tours including Lavrio, Delphi, Acropolis and Sounio. She also provided some suggestions for things I didn't request such as a private "tasting" tour through Athens with another wonderful guide. Our driver and guide along with a private bus made traveling to all the places we visited so pleasant and easy for us and we couldn't have asked for a better driver or guide for our sightseeing. They made our trip so interesting and I only wish we had more time with them. They were more than willing to modify or make stops as needed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a personalized trip in Greece with wonderful, professional and knowledgeable people. Thanks to all for a great time!

Our experience with Upper Travel was first-rate! We were greeted at the airport and promptly escorted through a short tour and then taken to a local restaurant for a wonderful lunch. A place we would have never found on our own. Much needed after a 12 hour flight. We also hired them to take a larger group from the hotel to the pier on the day of the cruise. Upper Travel really came through for us during our recent trip to Athens. At the last minute they arranged a chauffeured trip to Poseidon’s Temple in Sounio. While there was not a tour of the site per se, our driver Nikos arrived in a brand new Mercedes mini van (spotless, with water, candies and wifi!). He detoured along the way to show us places of interest to us. Awesome service and such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Upper travel is the absolute best way to go for transfers to and from ATH We booked a private, roundtrip, transfer from ATH to and from our hotel in the city center through Upper Travel after doing much research and realizing that many of the private transfer options are merely private taxis. We were so delightfully surprised when our driver Stefanos met us upon arrival. Our original booking was for a Mercedes E Class but we were met with a Mercedes luxury van, complete with seats facing one another, a table, and two minis of champagne (per our special request). Stefanos whisked us into the center and pointed out the major landmarks on our route. On the way back to the airport, we were met again with Stefanos and the same luxury van complete with cold water. I can't express enough, how comfortable Upper Travel made an often harried trip. They offer tours as well, and I feel like we totally missed out not booking a tour with them. I will 100% do so when we return to Greece in the future.

Lovely experience Vehicle in mint condition, polite and friendly driver who arrived on time to pick us up from our Airbnb. He kept entertaining us with various stories along the way, so combined with the landscapes on the route, the drive itself was a pleasure. Then what can I say about Delphi! A magical place steeped in energy plus a world-class museum. Lunch in town was delightful, we also loved browsing the quaint little stores in Arachova and the vistas in the Byzantine monastery on the way back. Upper surely makes a difference.

Afternoon trip to Cape Sounion We visited Cape Sounion during our stop in Athens. It was one of many attractive options, but the only question that remained was - how do we get to this place, in addition in a group of ten people? It was actually a coincidence, but we got in touch with Upper Tours, who offered us a great price and at the same time a luxury vehicle, where we all fitted comfortably. Used to various drivers, we were very surprised by the willingness and helpfulness of Nikos, with whom our journey went pleasantly thanks to fun conversation and comfort of the car. The sunset at Cape Sounion was breathtaking, we stayed until dusk before the site closed to tourists. But what about the evening? Thanks to Nikos, we had the opportunity to visit a local Greek home restaurant back to Athens along with a short walk around the night sea. Simply put, we didn't hire a driver with a car, but a great companion and guide with whom we spent a great time. Although we did not have an unlimited budget, we did not regret a single moment that we decided to take a trip with Upper Tours and also recommend them to our friends whenever they are given the opportunity to visit Athens. Thanks a lot, man!
